A viscose-rich core-spun yarn selection for wholesale buyers developing custom knitwear. Y100-000051 uses a supplied formula of 50% viscose, 22% nylon and 28% polyester. Eleven wrapped colour-card pages show the G-series selection, with 28S/2 printed in the header.

Understand the fibre blend
Viscose is the regenerated cellulosic component in this three-fibre formula. Nylon and polyester are the synthetic components. The card uses Angora-style and high-stretch core-spun names on a shared colour reference. Angora-style describes the selected effect; the supplied composition lists viscose, nylon and polyester. Confirm the intended construction as well as the colour with us.
Use 28S/2 and the complete G code
Keep the count exactly as listed: 28S/2. Send the full G-series colour reference with its leading zeros. The photographed card covers a broad shade selection across eleven pages. A similar-looking colour name is less precise than the printed reference, so include a card screenshot when discussing two close shades.
Develop your custom knitwear sample
Use the confirmed 1kg sample to knit trial panels for your proposed sweater, cardigan or other knitwear design. Compare stitch definition, surface appearance, fabric movement and the colour after your intended finishing process. Record the machine setup and finished panel dimensions. Agree any required performance testing separately before placing a production order.
1kg samples and wholesale orders
The online purchase is a 1kg evaluation sample for checking the confirmed colour and material. It is intended to support your own knitting trial before a production order. For several colours or specifications, agree the allocation with customer service first and list each confirmed selection in your order note. After approving the sample, contact us for a bulk quotation. Wholesale pricing and volume discounts depend on the confirmed specification and order quantity.
Dispatch and sample freight
Confirmed in-stock samples dispatch from Hong Kong within 7 days. Estimated transit is 7–10 days after dispatch. Sample freight is US$10 per 1kg sample to Hong Kong or US$30 per 1kg sample to supported international checkout destinations. Freight adds with quantity: two 1kg samples are US$20 to Hong Kong or US$60 internationally. Review the final checkout total before payment.
