Last updated: October 27, 2026. These terms describe purchases from le Charchell, operated by KAINOR CLOTHING LIMITED, at kainoryarn.com. Changes do not retrospectively alter the terms agreed for an earlier order.

1kg yarn samples and bulk enquiries

Standard online listings are individually packed 1kg yarn samples. The minimum purchase is 1kg and each quantity unit represents 1kg. Samples let you assess the confirmed colour and material before discussing bulk production. The listed sample price is US$19.90 per 1kg; shipping and the final applicable tax treatment are displayed at checkout. Bulk prices and quantity discounts are provided separately after the product specification and order quantity have been confirmed.

Confirm the shade and specification before ordering

Contact us before payment to confirm the product reference, printed shade code, composition, yarn count and availability. Enter the agreed shade code and specification in the product's Colour reference field, keeping any leading zeros. Add different confirmed selections separately. If a card shows more than one composition or count, confirm the exact option with us first. Photographs are colour and material references; screen settings and lighting can affect their appearance.

Prices and payment

Review the product quantity, currency, shipping charge, applicable taxes and final total before paying. Import duties or charges not collected at checkout may be payable at destination, as explained in the shipping policy. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. A bulk quotation sets out the specification, price and schedule for that quoted order.

Dispatch and delivery

Samples dispatch from Dongguan, China, with a Hong Kong business contact. Confirmed in-stock orders dispatch within 7 days after the order is placed. FedEx is our preferred sample courier. Transit time is separate from dispatch time and depends on the destination, carrier service and customs. Online checkout is available for the delivery countries offered at checkout. Contact us for other destinations, unavailable shipping options, shipments over 30kg or bulk orders. See the shipping policy for rates and delivery information.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

You may request cancellation before fulfilment. Standard, non-custom goods have a 30-day return window under our returns and refunds policy. For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer pays the actual return shipping cost. We bear the actual return shipping cost for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. We do not charge a restocking fee.

The returns and refunds policy explains return conditions, the Hong Kong return address, refunds, EU consumer withdrawal rights and the withdrawal form. Choosing a standard catalogue shade does not by itself make a product bespoke. Any exception for genuinely made-to-specification or personalised goods is subject to applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.
