le Charchell is operated by KAINOR CLOTHING LIMITED in Hong Kong. Yarn orders are dispatched from Dongguan, China.

Confirm your sample before ordering

Please contact customer service to confirm the yarn reference, shade, specification and availability before placing an order. Our standard sample size is 1 kg. Wholesale orders are quoted separately after your requirements are reviewed and approved.

Dispatch and delivery

Confirmed in-stock orders are dispatched within 7 days after the order is placed. For other orders, please confirm the dispatch schedule with us before payment.

FedEx is our preferred international carrier. The carrier and available service depend on the destination and shipment. Delivery time varies by route, carrier and customs clearance. Contact us for shipment-specific information before ordering.

Shipping charges

For destinations available at checkout, our sample-order shipping charges are:

International shipping increases by US$10 for each additional 1 kg weight band, up to 30 kg. For example, a 4 kg order costs US$60 to ship. For orders over 30 kg, wholesale shipments or a destination unavailable at checkout, please contact us for a quote before ordering.

These charges are stated in US dollars. The available shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. Shipping availability depends on your destination.

Taxes, duties and customs

Any taxes or duties collected at checkout are displayed before payment. Import requirements and any charges not collected at checkout depend on the destination. Please contact us before ordering if you need confirmation for your shipment.

Returns

For return instructions, contact us and refer to our Refund policy. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the actual return shipping cost. We bear the actual return shipping cost for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. We do not charge a restocking fee.
