Product specification & colour details
Y100-000049 brings together 100% cotton high-twist yarn cards across several count and ply specifications. The gallery is useful for comparing a broad colour selection while deciding which specific cotton yarn to evaluate. Choose one count and shade with customer service before ordering the 1kg sample.
Before ordering: Contact customer service to confirm the complete yarn specification, available shade and quantity. Then enter the agreed colour reference in the Colour reference field and repeat it in the order note. Keep all prefixes, suffixes and leading zeros so we can identify the correct selection.

Select the count and ply shown on the original card
The main colour-card series cover 20S/2, 32S/2, 40S/2 and 60S/2. One mixed card also contains smaller panels labelled 40S/3 and 60S/3. These specifications should be treated as separate sampling choices. The cards describe the series as high-twist, but a numerical twist value is not supplied. Availability of a shade in one count does not establish its availability in every other count.
Evaluate the sample before production
Compare the selected yarn in your intended stitch construction and record the machine settings. Review stitch appearance, surface, fabric weight and dimensions before and after your intended finishing process. If pilling resistance is part of the buying brief, agree the required test and obtain evidence for the actual yarn and fabric before bulk approval.
Confirm the colour selection
Use the colour code from the selected count series. The photographed main series use F, B, C and D prefixes, so retain the complete prefix and leading zeros. Confirm the exact count and ply alongside the shade; a colour number alone may not identify the intended yarn. Screen colour is a reference; use the physical sample to check the chosen colour and material.
Sample and bulk orders
The 1kg purchase is an evaluation sample for the confirmed yarn and shade. For several colours or specifications, agree the allocation with customer service and clearly record each selection. After checking the sample and your knitting trial, contact us for a bulk quotation. Bulk pricing is negotiated according to the confirmed specification and order quantity. Agree any required product documents before bulk approval.
Dispatch and sample freight
Confirmed in-stock samples dispatch from Hong Kong within 7 days. Estimated transit is 7–10 days after dispatch. Sample freight is US$10 per 1kg sample to Hong Kong or US$30 per 1kg sample to supported international checkout destinations. Freight adds with quantity: two 1kg samples are US$20 to Hong Kong or US$60 internationally. Review the final checkout total before payment.
