Neutral, saturated and heather references are photographed across the card pages, giving your sampling team a visual shortlist for a confirmed yarn sample. Match the sample to its colour reference

The card pages consistently repeat the 2/26NM notation and the same blend. Their wording describes the acrylic component as anti-pilling and the nylon as imported. These are supplier card descriptions. Ask for evidence relevant to your project before adopting a pilling-performance or origin claim; assess the actual finished fabric during development.

Confirm the count and shade before checkout

1. Send customer service Y100-000029, the printed shade code, requested count and quantity. Include a screenshot of the relevant card so we can check your selection.
2. Wait for our confirmation. Enter the confirmed details in the Colour code field before adding the sample to your cart, and include them again in your order note.
3. Add different confirmed selections as separate cart items. Quantity 1 means 1kg of one selection; quantity 2 means 2kg. The photographs are selection references; one sample order does not include every photographed colour.

Evaluate your 1kg sample before bulk production

Use your sample for a controlled knitting trial with the proposed garment structure. Compare handle, stitch definition and the colour under your agreed viewing conditions. If your brief includes a pilling grade, dimensional tolerance or care claim, agree the relevant assessment with the mill or laboratory. The photographed colour card cannot determine those finished-fabric results.

After sample approval, send your required quantity per shade, delivery country and production brief. We provide a separate bulk quotation, with preferential pricing according to order quantity.

Packing, delivery and customer service

Samples are individually packed in 1kg units and dispatched from Hong Kong. FedEx is our preferred sample courier. Sample shipping is US$10 per 1kg to Hong Kong and US$30 per 1kg to supported international destinations. Shipping is charged per 1kg sample: two units cost US$20 to Hong Kong or US$60 internationally. Bulk-order shipping is quoted separately. Confirmed in-stock orders dispatch within 7 days after the order is placed. Estimated transit time: 7–10 days after dispatch. Actual delivery may vary with the carrier service and customs clearance.
