A four-fibre material specification
Linen and cotton are the natural plant fibres in this formula. Viscose is regenerated cellulosic fibre, while nylon is synthetic. Include all four percentages when requesting a quotation so that the sample and later production enquiry refer to the same quality. Macaron is the range style name; the blend and count identify the material more precisely.
Compare the L-series knitted swatches
The photographed selection uses references L9501 through L9520. Preserve the L prefix and all four digits when communicating your choice. The swatches show mixed-colour yarn in a knitted fabric, which can look different when the stitch or panel dimensions change. Use the photographs to select a reference, then compare the physical sample under your own lighting before approving a bulk colour.
Confirm the trial knitting setup
The card notes that stretch can vary between lots and shades and asks the knitting team to adjust machine settings before sampling. Confirm the suggested setup with customer service for the selected construction. Knit a representative panel and assess the surface, fabric movement and dimensions after your intended finishing process. Record those settings and agree any performance requirements before placing a production order.
1kg samples and wholesale orders
The online purchase is a 1kg evaluation sample for checking the confirmed colour and material. Use it for your own knitting trial before a production order. For several colours or specifications, agree the allocation with customer service first and list each confirmed selection in your order note. After approving the sample, contact us for a bulk quotation. Wholesale pricing and volume discounts depend on the confirmed specification and order quantity.
Dispatch and sample freight
Confirmed in-stock samples dispatch from Hong Kong within 7 days. Estimated transit is 7–10 days after dispatch. Sample freight is US$10 per 1kg sample to Hong Kong or US$30 per 1kg sample to supported international checkout destinations. Freight adds with quantity: two 1kg samples are US$20 to Hong Kong or US$60 internationally. Review the final checkout total before payment.
