Product specification & colour details
Before ordering: Contact customer service to confirm the complete yarn specification, available shade and quantity. Then enter the agreed details in the Colour reference field and repeat them in the order note. Keep every prefix, suffix and leading zero.
This high-twist core-spun yarn selection uses a stated blend of 72% viscose and 28% PBT. Y100-000067 is presented across ten XM-series colour cards for wholesale sourcing and custom knitwear trials. The card prints both 32S/2 and 50Nm/2 count designations; confirm the requested specification with us.

Confirm the core-spun specification
Viscose is the regenerated cellulosic component in the formula. PBT is the synthetic component and should remain separately identified in your sample request. High-twist describes the supplied style; a numerical twist specification is not provided in these photographs. Confirm the count designation and core construction for the exact yarn you intend to order.
Set pilling requirements before production
The original range is named anti-pilling, but a laboratory test method, grade and report are not supplied with these cards. Treat that name as a sourcing reference. If pilling resistance matters for your garment, agree a test method and acceptance grade for the selected yarn and finished fabric before bulk approval. A trial panel helps your team assess the material in its intended use.
Keep every XM digit when choosing a shade
Use the complete printed XM reference, including any leading zeros, rather than a colour name alone. Send a screenshot when two nearby entries look similar. Some printed card positions are blank and do not establish an available shade. Confirm current shade availability before checkout. Knit and finish a representative panel, then record the specification, shade, settings and finished measurements for your production enquiry.
1kg samples and wholesale orders
The online purchase is a 1kg evaluation sample for checking the confirmed colour and material. Use it for your own knitting trial before a production order. For several colours or specifications, agree the allocation with customer service first and list each confirmed selection in your order note. After approving the sample, contact us for a bulk quotation. Wholesale pricing and volume discounts depend on the confirmed specification and order quantity.
Dispatch and sample freight
Confirmed in-stock samples dispatch from Hong Kong within 7 days. Estimated transit is 7–10 days after dispatch. Sample freight is US$10 per 1kg sample to Hong Kong or US$30 per 1kg sample to supported international checkout destinations. Freight adds with quantity: two 1kg samples are US$20 to Hong Kong or US$60 internationally. Review the final checkout total before payment.
