Identify the yarn by its actual fibres
Viscose is the regenerated cellulosic component of this two-fibre blend, with polyester providing the remaining 23%. The source uses a linen-style effect name. The declared formula is viscose and polyester, so use the full percentages when requesting the sample and production quotation. Assess the physical yarn and a knitted trial to decide whether its appearance suits the design brief.
Use the CS code and confirm the setup
The cards use CS references, including CS01 and CS401. Keep the CS prefix and every printed digit when communicating your chosen shade. The header lists 12G, 14G and 16G as knitting guidance. Confirm the intended machine, number of ends, stitch and target fabric with customer service; the header alone does not guarantee a result on every setup. Empty card slots do not establish availability.
Compare the finished panel
Use a confirmed sample to knit a panel with your planned settings. Examine stitch definition, fabric movement and the way the selected shade looks after finishing. Record panel measurements and finishing conditions so your team can compare later production trials. The photographs are colour references; approve the physical material and finished panel before agreeing a production colour or any performance requirements.
1kg samples and wholesale orders
The online purchase is a 1kg evaluation sample for checking the confirmed colour and material. Use it for your own knitting trial before a production order. For several colours or specifications, agree the allocation with customer service first and list each confirmed selection in your order note. After sample approval, contact us for a bulk quotation. Wholesale pricing and quantity discounts depend on the confirmed specification and order volume.
Dispatch and sample freight
Confirmed in-stock samples dispatch from Hong Kong within 7 days. Estimated transit is 7–10 days after dispatch. Sample freight is US$10 per 1kg sample to Hong Kong or US$30 per 1kg sample to supported international checkout destinations. Freight adds with quantity. Check the final checkout total before payment.
