Product specification

A three-component synthetic blend

Acrylic, nylon and PBT form the supplied blend. PBT is identified separately in the specification and should be retained in the material description when discussing your quotation. Confirm the technical yarn count and complete construction before ordering, as these details are not clearly printed on the photographed card pages.

Select the complete BS reference

The cards use BS-series codes with leading zeros on early references. Preserve the full code, any printed suffix and the chosen card position when communicating your selection. Photographed colour names help orientation, while the printed reference identifies the requested sample. Compare the physical sample in your own lighting before approving the production shade.

Plan the knitwear trial

Use the confirmed sample to knit a panel in the proposed stitch and size. Evaluate the surface, stitch appearance, fabric movement and finished dimensions after the intended finishing process. Keep a record of the selected BS code and the trial setup. Discuss any project-specific testing or consistency requirements when requesting your bulk quotation.

1kg samples and wholesale orders

The online purchase is a 1kg evaluation sample for checking the confirmed colour and material. It is intended to support your own knitting trial before a production order. For several colours or specifications, agree the allocation with customer service first and list each confirmed selection in your order note. After approving the sample, contact us for a bulk quotation. Wholesale pricing and volume discounts depend on the confirmed specification and order quantity.

Dispatch and sample freight

Confirmed in-stock samples dispatch from Hong Kong within 7 days. Estimated transit is 7–10 days after dispatch. Sample freight is US$10 per 1kg sample to Hong Kong or US$30 per 1kg sample to supported international checkout destinations. Freight adds with quantity: two 1kg samples are US$20 to Hong Kong or US$60 internationally. Review the final checkout total before payment.
