Product specification & colour details
Y100-000050 is a melange alpaca wool blend listed at 1/14NM. Its six colour-card pages show a range of wrapped yarn references with a visibly fuzzy surface. The selection includes melange shades and separately identified hank-dyed shades, so the complete colour code matters when arranging a sample.
Before ordering: Contact customer service to confirm the complete yarn specification, available shade and quantity. Then enter the agreed colour reference in the Colour reference field and repeat it in the order note. Keep all prefixes, suffixes and leading zeros so we can identify the correct selection.

Confirm the blend and the shade treatment
The card lists 8% Alpaca, 15% Wool, 26% Nylon, 48% Acrylic and 3% Spandex. Use the complete five-fibre formula to identify the sample. The card notation identifies T as a melange shade and Y as a hank-dyed shade; photographed hank-dyed codes carry a YD suffix. These dye treatments can differ in colour appearance. Confirm which reference and treatment you intend to receive.
Evaluate the sample before production
Stretch may vary between batches and colours, so adjust the process before knitting the trial. Record the selected shade, lot information when provided, machine settings and fabric dimensions. Assess the resulting surface, hand and movement after your intended finishing process. Agree any required stretch or recovery testing before approving a bulk order.
Confirm the colour selection
Send the complete printed shade code, preserving suffixes such as T or YD. Confirm the dye treatment with customer service and assess the physical sample rather than matching a melange and hank-dyed reference by colour name alone. Screen colour is a reference; use the physical sample to check the chosen colour and material.
Sample and bulk orders
The 1kg purchase is an evaluation sample for the confirmed yarn and shade. For several colours or specifications, agree the allocation with customer service and clearly record each selection. After checking the sample and your knitting trial, contact us for a bulk quotation. Bulk pricing is negotiated according to the confirmed specification and order quantity. Agree any required product documents before bulk approval.
Dispatch and sample freight
Confirmed in-stock samples dispatch from Hong Kong within 7 days. Estimated transit is 7–10 days after dispatch. Sample freight is US$10 per 1kg sample to Hong Kong or US$30 per 1kg sample to supported international checkout destinations. Freight adds with quantity: two 1kg samples are US$20 to Hong Kong or US$60 internationally. Review the final checkout total before payment.
