Confirm your shade before ordering

1. Use the complete colour cards and knitted close-ups to find your shade. Contact our customer service team with the product reference and three-digit shade code to confirm availability before placing an order.
2. After we confirm your shade, enter the confirmed code in the Colour code field before adding the sample to your cart. Please also include it in your order note, for example “Y100-000001, confirmed colour 001”.
3. For several confirmed colours, add each colour as a separate cart item with its own code. Each quantity unit is 1kg: quantity 2 means 2kg of that colour. Check all codes and quantities before completing checkout.

The close-ups sometimes use two-digit numbers: shade 01 corresponds to 001 on the complete card. Please use the three-digit colour-card code when ordering. English colour names are descriptive aids; the printed code identifies your selection.

Evaluate the yarn before a bulk order

This sample purchase lets you examine the received yarn, assess its handle and compare the colour with your project requirements. Make a knitted test swatch before finalising production settings. The colour arrangement in a finished fabric can vary with stitch structure and knitting settings, so the photographed swatches should be used as references.

Screen settings and lighting can affect colour appearance. Check the physical sample before approving a bulk order. Knitting setup: please confirm with us. We can discuss your intended fabric and the technical details you need to confirm before production.

Bulk pricing and documentation

After evaluating your sample, contact us with the product reference, required shade codes and quantity per colour. Bulk pricing is quoted according to your order quantity, with preferential prices available for larger orders. Please also share your production requirements so we can confirm the relevant yarn specifications.

If you need certification or traceability documents, tell us the required standard before ordering. Documentation availability must be confirmed for this specific yarn and order.

Sample shipping and support

Samples are individually packed in 1kg units and dispatched from Hong Kong. FedEx is our preferred sample courier. Sample shipping is US$10 per 1kg to Hong Kong and US$30 per 1kg to supported international destinations. Shipping is charged per 1kg sample: two units cost US$20 to Hong Kong or US$60 internationally. Bulk-order shipping is quoted separately. Confirmed in-stock orders dispatch within 7 days after the order is placed. Estimated transit time: 7–10 days after dispatch. Actual delivery may vary with the carrier service and customs clearance.
