Product specification & colour details
Before ordering, please contact customer service to confirm the exact yarn specification, count, shade code and availability. Place your sample order after receiving our confirmation. Email zncainan@gmail.com or call +852 6880 9701, quoting Y100-000031 and the colour-card reference.
Compare 40 photographed gradient yarn references across ten knitted swatch cards. This brushed selection is printed at 1/13Nm, with 61% acrylic, 23% nylon, 11% wool and 5% spandex. Pale transitions, saturated colour mixes and darker combinations give your sampling team several directions to examine in actual fabric.
Minimum purchase: one 1kg sample. US$19.90 covers one confirmed 1kg selection; shipping is additional.
Identify the yarn specification
Each card repeats the 1/13Nm count and 61% Acrylic / 23% Nylon / 11% Wool / 5% Spandex composition. The photographed references run from 135101 to 135140. The gallery represents the card selection; availability must be confirmed for the reference you want.
Use the complete product reference Y100-000031 together with the printed shade number. Similar card numbers may appear elsewhere in the catalogue, so send the relevant photograph when asking for a sample. The visible brushed surface and colour development are useful selection aids, while the physical sample establishes the yarn you will evaluate.
Confirm the colour before checkout
- Send Y100-000031, the card image, complete shade code, required quantity and any technical requirements to our team. Wait for confirmation of the selected yarn and its availability.
- After customer service confirms your selection, enter the agreed shade code and specification in the required Colour reference field before adding the sample to your cart. Keep every prefix, suffix and leading zero. Repeat the confirmed specification and colour code in your order note so we can prepare the correct sample.
- Quantity 1 means 1kg; quantity 2 means 2kg of that selection. Add different confirmed selections separately, with their own reference details.
Evaluate a physical sample
Knit a trial at the intended garment-panel width to see where the colour transitions fall. Compare a body panel and sleeve if both will use this yarn. Spandex content alone does not define the finished fabric's stretch or recovery. Record the machine setup, yarn combination, starting colour and finishing route before approving the result.
Check colour and material with the physical yarn under your own lighting. Screens and photographs can change the apparent shade. Use the intended equipment and finishing process for a test swatch before approving bulk production. Knitting setup: please confirm with us. Agree care instructions and any required performance testing for the finished fabric.
Request a bulk quotation after sampling
After approving the sample, send your quantity per shade, delivery country and production requirements for a separate bulk quotation. Preferential bulk pricing is offered according to order quantity. The online US$19.90 price is for a 1kg sample; bulk supply and lead time need separate confirmation.
Packing, delivery and support
Samples are individually packed in 1kg units and dispatched from Hong Kong. FedEx is our preferred sample courier. Sample shipping is US$10 per 1kg to Hong Kong and US$30 per 1kg to supported international destinations. Shipping is charged per 1kg sample: two units cost US$20 to Hong Kong or US$60 internationally. Bulk-order shipping is quoted separately. Confirmed in-stock orders dispatch within 7 days after the order is placed. Estimated transit time: 7–10 days after dispatch. Actual delivery may vary with the carrier service and customs clearance. See our shipping policy for the current delivery terms.
If certification or traceability documents are required, identify the standard before ordering. Document availability must be confirmed for the particular yarn and order.
