2. After confirmation, enter the confirmed code in the Colour code field before adding the sample to your cart. Include it in your order note with Y100-000005 so we can check the requirements before dispatch.
3. One quantity unit is 1kg: quantity 2 means 2kg of that confirmed colour. For several colours, add separate cart items with their own confirmed codes and quantities.

Copy the shade number as printed, including any leading zero. The physical shade and confirmed code guide fulfilment; screen images are references and can vary with lighting and display settings.

Packing, shipping and support

Samples are individually packed in 1kg units and dispatched from Hong Kong. FedEx is our preferred sample courier. Sample shipping is US$10 per 1kg to Hong Kong and US$30 per 1kg to supported international destinations. Shipping is charged per 1kg sample: two units cost US$20 to Hong Kong or US$60 internationally. Bulk-order shipping is quoted separately.
